Ashlyn Rivas, MBA
Ashlyn is a Medical Aesthetician and the Owner of Mejor Vida. With over a decade of experience in the world of digital technology and academia, Ashlyn has always had an entrepreneurial itch that she tried to resist. After facing some personal challenges, Ashlyn simply couldn’t resist the itch any longer and decided to take some big risks by switching careers into something she was truly passionate about – supporting others to feel confident in their own skin! Ashlyn took the plunge and left her full-time career in digital technology, left her PhD Program in Finance at Carleton University, started Mejor Vida, and has never looked back!
Ashlyn holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration (Hon. B.Comm., 2012) and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA, 2014) from the University of Windsor, and an Advanced Medical Spa Therapist Diploma from the International Beauty Institute. In addition, Ashlyn has eighteen (18) additional Health Canada approved certifications in medical aesthetics across multiple anti-aging and body contouring treatments including High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU), Fractional Microneedling, Radio Frequency (RF), High Intensity Electromagnetic Muscle Stimulation (HIEMS), Oxygen Facials, Transdermal Infusion facials, Pico Laser, Microneedling, CryoSurgery, Diode and IPL Laser, Chemical Peels, Microdermabrasion, and more.

Ashley Wenzl
Ashley is a Master and Medical Aesthetician with over fourteen (14) years of experience in the industry. Ashley graduated from the Professional Spa Therapist Program at Elmcrest College in 2007 which covered a wide range of aesthetic services. After graduation, Ashley acquired a position as an aesthetician at a medical spa and quickly found a passion in the medical aesthetics field where she has now spent most of her career.
Of course, Ashley has also earned several additional certifications over her career, including fat reduction, muscle creation, skin tightening, laser hair removal, chemical peels, skin resurfacing, non-surgical facelifts, permanent makeup, makeup artistry, skin analysis, and much more. At Mejor Vida, Ashley is known as our go-to for specialized treatment questions and strategies. Her wealth of knowledge across all of Mejor Vida’s services are a true asset and always seems to work in the clients favour!
As a bit of a perfectionist, Ashley is always working to further perfect her skills and knowledge to offer the latest treatment technologies and techniques available to clients.
Beyond her love for continuing education, Ashley prides herself in helping clients look and feel their best on their terms – seeing a client get the results they want and feeling good is what she loves most!
